Frequently Asked Questions
How long will it take to create my website?
At the moment we need to set-up all aspects of your website manually. We need to install WordPress, set-up themes and plugins, give you access to the training videos, and set-up your email. This takes us about a day to complete! You will receive several emails as each part is completed giving you links and login details!
We are actively working on a system that will automate the set-up process for us, but we’re not quite ready to launch it!
Do I own the licenses for the WordPress ‘Pro’ Themes and Plugins?
No! As an Agency we purchase multi-site licenses that allow us to provide services for client websites. You get an active license while we are taking care of your website. If you cancel your plan and take your website elsewhere then you will need to purchase your own licenses!
At the moment, if you use all of the plugins we offer, then replacement personal licenses for the three websites supported on our ‘Personal Plan’ would cost you approximately $450 per year! This figure will grow during 2023 and 2024 as we add more plugins to our plans! If you have our ‘Professional Plan’ with support for an unlimited number of sites then with say ten sites it would be a saving of about $1500, again this figure will grow as we add more ‘Pro’ plugins!

Yes. If you’re unhappy with your managed hosting plan for any reason, email us at support@ardenix-systems.com within 30 days and we’ll refund you in full, no questions asked.
